Horsebath are a Canadian country band known for rich harmonies, classic songwriting and a sound steeped in vintage Americana. Formed in Vancouver (with members originally from across Western Canada), the group lean into traditional country textures — pedal steel, warm guitars and three-part harmonies — while bringing a fresh, contemporary sensibility to their storytelling. Their music feels timeless rather than revivalist, drawing heavily from ‘60s and ‘70s country and cosmic Americana. Lyrically, Horsebath focus on heartache, distance, longing and the open-road melancholy that defines classic country music. There’s a softness and sincerity to their delivery that gives their songs a worn-in, late-night glow. They’ve built a strong live reputation for tight musicianship and harmonies that feel both loose and deeply locked-in — more road-worn barroom than polished Nashville sheen.
Paulie Boy Blues is an upcoming blues guitarist from Maryland, USA. This August he is coming over to the UK to headline his 3rd ever UK headline tour, don’t miss out on this.
Molded in the fertile rock crescent of Columbus, Ohio, three-piece family band Golomb channel Midwest friction into their own brand of physical, guitar-centric experimental rock with plenty of fuzzed-out feedback and driving rhythms.
“Their live shows are jaw-droppingly good, and their music – as evidenced by recent second album ‘The Beat Goes On’ – veers from confident swagger to warm intimacy.” – NME
Legendary producer, DJ and composer Photek plays this August for an early DJ set at Free Time – Sneaky Pete’s day party series.
Photek stands as a pivotal figure in UK electronic music with seminal releases on Metalheadz and his masterpiece debut album ‘Modus Operandi’ – where conceptual experiments of time and emotive atmospherics pushed the drum & bass template to the edge.
Later flooding the footnotes of electronica with 2000’s ‘Solaris’ and enjoying a hugely successful career as a Grammy-nominated remixer and film & video game composer, Photek has been pushing both his sounds and fans’ expectations to the outermost limits since 1994.

With his explosive blend of glam-punk, psychedelia, and goth influences, Brighton’s ELLiS·D guarantees an energetic live show, with an explosion of whiplash riffs, psychedelic break downs, false endings and rip-roaring returns.
Sophomore EP Spill on Crafting Room Recordings is written and performed entirely by ELLiS·D himself (aka Ellis Dickson) at Hackney Road studios with Shuta Shinoda (Hot Chip, Jenny Beth), ‘Drifting’ offers the closing track of ELLiS·D’s Spill EP, a seven song jetstream of rocket-fuelled, goth-tinged glam-punk, infested with 21st century paranoia:
Ellis has been making a name for himself all across Europe and the UK, with festival performances at key tastemaker events like Soundcity, Brighten The Corners, The Great Escape and Live At Leeds, and European heavyweights; Best Kept Secret, Haldern Pop and Leffingeleuren, as well as supporting some of the finest talent in the UK such as Fat Dog, GANS and BILK.
Supporters include BBC Radio 6Music (New Music Fix, Tom Robinson, Emily Pilbeam), Radio X (John Kennedy), So Young Magazine, NME, Far Out, Hard of Hearing and Rodeo.
Abolish Golf are a four-piece band based in Edinburgh who make danceable, punky indie music. Originally part of scene staple The Party Slogan, guitarist Jamie, bassist Cameron and drummer Calum, who all share vocal duties, have refined the melodic craft of their previous outfit while crafting a more frantic and confrontational sound with Abolish Golf that still retains new-wave and post-punk influences. 2025 saw them add guitarist Sean and perform support slots for formidable Irish folk-punks The Deadlians, as well as the raucous Private Function from Melbourne, plus headlining the T at 3 festival on the Cowgate. They rounded off the year with the release of the single “You Will Never Know”, a dancey alternative rock-influenced track with rumbling synth bass and jagged guitar hooks.
Support comes from Manchester-based desert rockers Scorched Lungs and alt-indie band Papa Hotel from Perth.
