Melbourne’s multi-talented Memphis LK has gained considerable recognition for being self taught in music production and DJing, with inspirations from the likes of Four Tet, Overmono, and Bicep.

Expect 90’s rave, and a pick ‘n’ mix of fun tunes to dance to.

Deep in View is the debut album from former Ought members Tim Darcy (vocals, guitar) and Ben Stidworthy (bass) alongside Evan Cartwright (drums). Titled after philosopher Alan Watts’ anthology of the same name, the record is built on a foundation of elegant guitar grooves and knotty rhythms, offering commentary on modern life and technology through curious lyrical vignettes, where quotidian objects and scenes are never just as they seem.

Deep In View is equally a product of introspective songwriting as it is a consideration of the abstract landmarks of an increasingly media-mediated society. It also presents the most concise and melodic songs Darcy and Stidworthy have written to date.. The album sounds streamlined and intentional, as the rhythms of the punchy and exuberant guitar parts, urgent basslines, and unexpected drum patterns all tangle with each other in an elegant dance. At the center of all these elements is Darcy, whose characteristically wry voice shifts from detached to decisive to distressed, throughout the album’s course. Both enigmatically dense in meaning but precisely intricate in sound, Deep in View is an album that sparks novel interpretations with every listen, like an art object that takes on new shape with each angle from which you hold it.

Having immediately captured the intrigue and attention of the country with their exotic blend of shimmering guitars and old neighbour crushing 808’s, they have been described as a cocktail of Glass Animals, Everything Everything and easy life. Such individualism has seen them appear in many weird and messed up places such as New Music Friday UK, Hot New Bands, Topshop/JackWills/FredPerry, a BBQ pool party on Made In Chelsea and an opening clip on a show where people on an island find “LOVE?”

WUKASA arrive with a focused purpose and a fiery passion for their craft. With an explosive debut wave of bangers produced by a dream team of Rory McCallum (Bwani Junction), BuzzKiller (Robbie Williams, Olly Murs, SAINT PHNX), Adam Haggar (Childish Gambino, Kanye West) and Dave Lloyd (Stillhound), WUKASA are ready to make their mark on the Scottish music scene and beyond.

Heyday is a queer night for people passionate about house music, with Prosumer, former resident of Berghain’s Panorama Bar. We are delighted to have him call Sneaky Pete’s his occasional club home.

Now a popular NTS Radio resident, he’s continued to tour globally and is now equally well known as a frequent flyer at Homobloc, Glastonbury’s Block9 and NYC Downlow, Love International and numerous saucy Boiler Rooms.

This month he’s joined by very special guest Virginia. First rising to fame as a vocalist, Virginia’s skills behind the decks have made her one of Panorama Bar’s most valued residents, while her productions balance soulful vocals with bumping deep house and electro, forming a key part of Berghain’s Ostgut Ton roster.

“May’s gig sees the second ever Fuzz Bat show to take place at Sneaky Pete’s. Said gig features a cracking triple ingredient soup of Skrony and wonky indie ensemble The Chunks, the energetic and reverb loving trio PAL and dreamscape folk duo The Orange Trees.In reverse running order…The Chunks: Wonky Indie group sometimes in four parts, other times in three. Fuzzy and skronky sounds do the tango with catchy poppy choruses and weavy grooves.

Leaving Bordeaux are a 4 piece new wave alternative band from Glasgow. With their infectious melodies coupled with a hard driven rhythmic style the band prides themselves on doing things their own way by not following the trends. formed by Jamie McAulay, Caleb Blackwood, Darren Houston & Louis Kane the band set out with the goal of making music anyone can feel like they belong too regardless of their musical taste as well as the goal of making music they can dance too. 

Abolish Golf are a continuation of the Edinburgh-based indie band and scene staple The Party Slogan. With an altered lineup and denser musical palate which incorporates more electronic elements, the band are currently gearing up to release their debut single under the new moniker and are keen to showcase in a live setting their shift towards a more frantic and confrontational sound that still retains the concise melodic idiosyncrasies they are known for.
