Foxing perform their debut album ‘The Albatross’ in full to celebrate 10 years since its release.

Known for a theatrical style of introspective indie rock, Foxing brought together active members of the St. Louis, Missouri music scene in the early 2010s. With backgrounds that included post-rock, emo, and math rock bands, they expanded upon guitar-oriented fare with orchestral instruments beginning with their full-length debut, 2013’s The Albatross. The Matt Bayles-produced Dealer followed in 2015, before the band took a synth rock direction on 2018’s Nearer My God and were assisted by the Grammy-winning on 2021’s Draw Down the Moon.

Calum Baird is an independent Scottish singer-songwriter influenced by Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Dick Gaughan, Billy Bragg, Phoebe Bridgers and Phil Ochs amongst others. He has toured extensively across mainland Europe, the UK and secured airplay via BBC Radio 6 Music Mixtape, BBC Radio Scotland, Amazing Radio and featured as Artist of the Week in Scotland On Sunday. He has also played alongside the likes of Grace Petrie, The Wakes and scores of international artists. Calum’s music is characterised by its honesty and authenticity, with lyrics that are often introspective and personal. He headlines Sneaky Pete’s on 25 January 2024 with support from Niamhy Mac and Jack Hinks TICKETS

Following our debut London show in December, Tea Room Records returns to its spiritual home at everyone’s favourite small venue in the city: Sneaky Pete’s.

For this edition, we welcome Misbeats to the Tea Room roster, alongside firm fan favourites, BK, Felix G-S, Bilson and Henry Edwards.

The indie-rock 5 piece’s soaring ethereal vocal talent and instrumentation draws similarities to Wolf Alice, with the intertwining guitar lines evoking the likes of indie-rock staples Pinegrove and Peach Pit. This energetic ensemble’s mission is to get the audience on their feet. With a wide-ranging setlist of originals and covers spanning drum and bass-led grooves, to frantic indie guitar anthems, Rosewood will be sure to have something to everyone’s taste.

One of our favourites bands from The Great Escape this year Flip Top Head restlessly fuse post-rock, jazz, spoken word and shoegaze in breathtaking fashion. Sporting two-tone swagger, punkish grit and a poetic post-rock melody – it’s no surprise Flip Top Head are already sharing bills with fellow high-risers DEADLETTER, Opus Kink, Honeyglaze and The New Eves since their debut single in February.

They join Glasgow outfit Dancer (ft. members of Current Affairs, Nightshift, Order of the Toad and Robert Sotelo) this January for a co-headline!
