He Slept On 57 hail from the highlands of Scotland… Inverness to be exact. They are a three piece that fall into the category somewhere under rock. Following the release of their debut EP, the band supported the likes of The Xcerts, Flood Of Red, Sucioperro, Yashin, Canterbury and The Gap Year Riot.

An alternative rock band from the Scottish town of Kilmarnock, have supported Twin Atlantic, The Xcerts, Flood Of Red, Sucioperro, Johnny Truant and Pearl & The Puppets. Their latest EP, The Water Meets The Land, was released earlier in the year.

Bwani Junction are the Edinburgh pop band that has most caught Sneaky Pete’s imagination this year. We expect big things from them. Disco-pop over afro grooves and the sure vocal style that delivered the Lexicon of Love. Fans of Little Comets, Maccabees and Vampire Weekend, prepare to be astounded at what’s on your doorstep.

Following the first class pop theme, Escort Knights are a 4 piece Indie-House band who play floorfillers with real instruments. Inspired by early house and contemporary Indie, they have set about creating their own brand of musical prozac. Turned off by a climate of financial ruin and depression, Escort Knights focus on the lighter side of life with their tongue-in-cheek and unashamedly honest lyrics.

Emelle made a bit of a name for themselves last year when they went from busking on the Royal Mile to shows at Cabaret Voltaire, Bongo Club, and even a support at the Corn Exchange.
