discotia (formerly known as Edinburgh Disco Lovers) launch themselves head first into their new series of parties as they take over the world-renowned Sneaky Pete’s on 20 June.
Headlining the night is Chris Astrojazz, Edinburgh-based curator, promoter and selector behind leading nights like Samedia Shebeen, Disco Makossa and Kelburn Garden Party. Support from discotia residents Toni McVey and steef_n.
Expect the inclusive party vibes you’ve come to love from Edinburgh Disco Lovers with a twist of deeper, bassier club sounds from jazz to electronic via funk, afrobeat, disco, dub and beyond.
Profits raised from this party are in aid of the Red Cross Gaza Crisis Appeal.

For our first party of the summer season we welcome Glasgow based party starters Flipside for their sophomore outing at Sneaky Pete’s.
The duo have held down a stellar residency at La Cheetah and over the years and have welcomed guests such as Identified Patient, Frazer Ray and Stones Taro to soundtrack their soirées. They are also wicked DJs in their own right, hosting a regular show on Clyde Built Radio, as well as having recently guested on EMA’s Rinse FM show.
