NYC based collective XOXA travels across the Atlantic to open their DJ treasure chest for Sneaky Pete’s.

Midnight Bass:
Azifm
Pollyana
Buckfast Barbie
[Summer Launch Pt.2]

July 30th, 2025

On Wednesday 20th July, we kick off our summer guest run at Sneaks with New Zealand’s Azifm, landing as part of his European tour. Straight out of ?tautahi (Christchurch), now based in Australia, he’s still rolling with that Kiwi pulse. If you remember MESSIE’s Scotland debut with us at Sneaks this time last year, you already know there’s something special coming out of NZ right now.

Azifm’s sound? UK jungle & dnb at the core, warped through late-night Aotearoa, always with a twist. He’s got a knack for flipping classic breaks, making old-school feel like tomorrow, and never just running it back. That forward/backward energy’s landed him collabs with Zoro and En:vy plus releases on Workforce’s Must Make Music, V Recordings and DNBA. Heads are clocking him too with regular BBC Radio 1 support from Sarah Story, Charlie Tee, and online with a slew of releases through UKF.

We’re buzzing to have him billed alongside Zar, imo-Lu, Winslow and Sir Hiss at Sneaky Pete’s across the month. Don’t miss this!

Breadstain, lifegarden, Alexander Marshall
for fans of… Radiohead, King Krule, Xiu Xiu

July 26th, 2025

Breadstain, a Glasgow based group of Scottish pretenders, are still unsure of how to describe their music. Tones of experimental rock, pop and ambience leave an eclectic taste in the ears of their listeners. Billy “Billion” Murison, Jojo “The Bass” Guo, JC “Mr Sauce” Redmond, and Kieran “Mad Dog” Holt are all responsible for not shaping the sound of Breadstain’s music. With interest in film as much as sound, Breadstain has been described as “I don’t really like the name”, and “nothing like Radiohead”. You won’t want to miss their next Yeast Mode appearance.
