Lucky Dip:
Shaun D

September 6th, 2025

Lucky Dip are bringing bubbling house legend Shaun D to Sneaky Pete’s for his Scottish debut!

Born and raised in The Hague, he was introduced to the vibrant world of bubbling at a young age, thanks to his Caribbean Mother and Dutch father. Shaun D is a pioneer of Bubbling House—a high-energy fusion of bubbling and house music. Influenced by legends like Chuckie and nAffie, he made his mark with tracks like “Pull Up,” “Boeke,” and “A Millie (Bubbling Remix),” lighting up iconic venues like Hollywood Music Hall.

From early underground buzz on Hyves and MSN to global releases on Mad Decent and Selegna Records, Shaun D brings the raw, infectious energy that defined a generation of Dutch club culture. Expect nothing less than pure fire on the dancefloor.

Plus a hybrid live/DJ set from ybz’s own texyo, bringing his infectious mix of cloud rap, grime and R&B.

Warming things up from the start are Lucky Dip’s residents strawb.bby & CLO.

As always Lucky Dip operates a Safe Space Policy. Any forms of harassment or misconduct will result in removal from the venue.

Jack Botts
Ben Camden
for fans of… Ben Howard, Nick Mulvey, Passenger, Vance Joy

September 6th, 2025

Jack Botts has built a dedicated global audience over the past five years, with his laid-back yet deeply personal brand of surf-folk resonating worldwide. His heartfelt storytelling and breezy melodies have led to over 100 million streams and headlining over 80 shows across North America, Europe, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand in 2024.

Speaking about Home Days, Jack shared: “I’ve spent most of my 20s constantly on the move, traveling and touring all over the place—and I’ve loved every minute of it! But early in 2024, I had a rare window of time back in Australia. It had been a while since I just stopped, sat down, and fully embraced home. I didn’t realize how much I’d missed the little things—surf checks, the sound of native birds, quiet mornings at local cafés, time in the water, the sun, the silence, and of course, moments with friends and family. It felt so nice. Right then and there, I knew these days are the best. Home days.”

His easy-listening style continues to captivate audiences, earning him support slots alongside Tash Sultana, JP Saxe, Ocean Alley, and Boy & Bear, while also lighting up major festival stages like Cigale Festival (CAN), Boardmasters (UK), Maifeld Derby (GER), Electric Castle (ROM), and Latitude Festival (UK). Now, with Home Days, he invites listeners to pause, breathe, and appreciate the beauty of the everyday.

The Burning Hell
for fans of… Jonathan Richman, Stanley Brinks, Tunng

September 2nd, 2025

The Burning Hell is the ongoing musical project of songwriter Mathias Kom and multi-instrumentalist Ariel Sharratt, often including additional comrades and collaborators. Their densely populated genre-shifting songs are packed with an abundance of literary, historical, and pop-cultural forebears, heroes and villains, subjects and objects, stories and hooks. They move with heavy rhyme and a light step, incorporating a frequent fixation on apocalypse and ruin into work that celebrates participation in a mutually created, ever surprising, and even occasionally beautiful world. Which is to say they’re good dance partners and they want to dance with you.

Now based in the woods of rural Prince Edward Island, The Burning Hell has famously ventured to every out-of-the-way island and inland neglected by the less adventurous, emphasizing presence and connection across latitudes, longitudes, and time, affirming a commitment to the political power of sharing music. It is a profoundly optimistic gesture delivered by way of killer tunes and joyful live performances.
When Mathias and Ariel aren’t on the road or in the studio with the band, they pursue art projects at the intersection of ecology and sound with their collective Idlefield Art Lab. Recent ventures have included mobile, solar-powered recording studios in Scotland and Canada, and off-grid recording projects in abandoned farms and lighthouses.

‘Ghost Palace,’ The Burning Hell’s newest album, will be released on March 7, 2025 on You’ve Changed Records in North America and BB*Island everywhere else.
