Vandal Palace are a four-piece indie rock band from Edinburgh, Scotland. Vandal Palace released their debut single ‘Come Back Down’ on March 29. Having already amassed one thousand Facebook likes in under a week, the band’s popularity has continued to rise, with ten thousand streams on their first release. Glamorous indie rock and roll, fused with melodic riffs and infectious hooks, Vandal Palace are a force to be reckoned with in 2019.

After her brilliant guest mix on our EH-FM show, we’re welcoming Iced Gem to Sneaky Pete’s for our musical beauty pageant!

Iced Gem is a resident at Beatroots, a utopian buffet of worldly sounds that has raised over £1500 for the Kamuzinda Clinic in rural Uganda. We’re excited to bring her to Sneaky’s to showcase her selecting prowess and smooth vinyl grooves.

Thier unique style delivered with such attitude and precsion arranged perfectly to make you body jerk. Clean vocals, injections of synth and saxophone, tingling guitars, pulsating bass and drum work in unison to deliver a fury of dance.
LYLO are one of Glasgow’s more distinct and appealing live bands. Their dazzling live shows draw you closer to their world, their vibrant stage presence is unique and Intriguing.

Missy Mcanulty
Missy delivers a strong vocal content containing elements of Soul and R n B yet Punk influences evolved Missy’s vocals into a unique, powerful and edgy sound. Influences include Lauren Hill, Debbie Harry and Gwen Stefani. Missy will perform with a full band line up.

Spyyn
4 piece ambient/indie band from Edinburgh. Shimmering jangly delights into distorted energy at the blink of an eye.

Midi Paul + Chuchoter + Krowne

Midi Paul is the alter ego of bassist/producer Phil McBride. Expect stuttering drums, spliced up disco samples, wobbly arpeggios and some computer funk. On stage, the music evolves like a DJ set but in place of the turntables you will get live bass, dirty analogue synths and old school breakbeats.

Oh man what a huge talent! Allysha Joy is best known for performing in Melbourne Jazz and Hip Hop collective 30/70, and their success over the past two years has lead her to further challenge her expression in a project of her own.

Allysha is pushing boundaries as a keys player (specifically Fender Rhodes), a poet, a singer and a producer. Until you see it live, it’s hard to understand how she man- ages to create her extraordinary full band sound in a solo show form just piano and sample pads, but all the beats are hers and she lays down some groove. “Know your power” indeed.

Allysha’s steady groove, husky vocal tone and unique style of writing tells her own personal truth with force.

Our weekly no holds barred, down and dirty bikram disco, destroying Wednesday mornings since 2009.

Hometown presents Bobby Analog (Body Fusion)

For June’s instalment at Sneaky Pete’s we welcome over Bobby Analog for his second 3 hour set in the capital, this time, in Edinburgh’s most intimate venue. After warming up for him and catching his full set at the Mash House last October we knew we had to get him back over to play again. His set still stands out as one of our favourite three hours of music we’ve ever heard so as you can imagine, we are ecstatic to hear him through Sneaky Pete’s sound system. The Body Fusion label founder is fresh off the back of a set at AVA’s Castle Party alongside the likes of KETTAMA, Job Jobse, Marion Hawkes and Peach and has had a string of top class releases on his label alongside a brilliant Boiler Room in 2018. Join us at Sneaky’s on the 3rd June for what is going to be a stand-out night of music. Trust us, the hangover will be worth it for this one.
