Terminal V returns on Saturday 11th April, Easter bank holiday weekend, to the mass warehouse complex of the RHC in the grounds near Edinburgh Airport, featuring an elite collection of the biggest acts in the world of Techno and House music over multiple stages.

The band has built an extensive and loyal fanbase through consistent touring, earning a reputation for hugely entertaining, blisteringly loud live shows.

The Lottery Winners have completed work on their debut album – recorded at Rockfield Studios in Wales with producer Tristan Ivemy (Frank Turner, The Holloways) and mastered at Abbey Road by the legendary Frank Arkwright (Coldplay, The Smiths, Arcade Fire) and will release the first singles later this year.

After a successful first party last month, new club night Can You Dig It will be doing a live stream for us from 9pm

Resident DJ and promoter Eva Crystaltips will be live streaming from her living room and will take you on a musical journey through soul, house and disco grooves.

Edinburgh’s very own suppliers of otherworldly music for the dance and beyond since 2004, Firecracker Recordings present a night of outernational oddities, chasmic rattlers and sleekit curveballs!

Jonny Nash began his career whilst living in Japan during the 2000’s, releasing his first records on Kenji Takimi’s seminal label Crue-l. Relocating to London, Nash released a number of records on Lovefingers ESP Institute before starting Melody As Truth in 2014 as an outlet for his work.

Nash also works closely with the Amsterdam label Music From Memory, releasing a solo album for the label, entitled “Make A Wilderness” in 2019. He was also released two albums on MFM as Gaussian Curve alongside Gigi Masin and Marco Sterk aka Young Marco in 2015 and 2017.

In 2018 Lindsay Todd (House Of Traps) collaborated with Jonny on their album ‘Fauna Mapping’. Spending time amidst the insects, rice fields and scorching sun of Bali, the pair gathered a library of found sounds which were then taken back to a studio space to be stretched, mangled and manipulated alongside a variety of electronic and acoustic instruments. The outdoor studio itself became a living instrument, with the duo setting up multiple microphones for durations of up to 12 hours around the space, layering and processing the results in tracks such as “Fauna Mapping” and “A Series Of Small Frogs”.

Aside from working on joint studio projects the two are no stranger to DJing together in various dives worldwide. It’s also a little known fact that Jonny is an Edinburgh native, being exposed to Pure at The Venue at a young age. Also an early devotee of the infamous Cybernetic Broadcasting System … so don’t let the tranquil tones and soothing minimalism of Jonny’s studio projects misguide you … this pair will well and truly batter it out in any style that takes their fancy!

We’ve been huge fans of Hiba for a while – her meteoric rise through the Edinburgh scene, after only picking up DJing around a year ago as a volunteer at our home-from-home EH-FM, has been a delight to witness! We’ve all played alongside her at clubs and bars across the city, and wanted to invite her to headline at our musical beauty pageant at Sneaks.

Hiba’s sound is driven by bass and percussion, but also a drive to share and promote Arabic music. She has a regular show on EH-FM called Soulful Aswaat, and was also our guest DJ on the November 2019 show of Miss World on the Rocks on EH-FM.

Expect thundering bass and hypnotic rhythms and, above all, tunes to make your feet move.

Miss World is an all-womxn DJ collective with monthly parties across Edinburgh, run by residents Julia, Emily, Feena & Gemma. We promote womxn and queer DJs from Scotland and beyond at our events, and run workshops for womxn to get into DJing.
