Redstone Press & Friends – iona b2b Lewis Lowe

November 5th, 2021

iona (Field Maneuveurs) b2b Lewis Lowe (Redstone Press)

Introducing a new run of parties from Redstone Press Records at Sneaky Pete’s – Redstone Press & Friends! Heads of business Lewis Lowe & Pseudopolis will be inviting a host of talented pals to go b2b2b2b until the lights come on, with our first dive into “clublyf” on November 5th. Lewis has been languishing these last two years in an isolation induced daze and so has drafted in help to carry him across the finish line. Enter Field Maneuvers resident and London sensation iona. Forget traditional bonfire night, the fireworks will be inside (do not do this, terrible idea) from the get go as iona draws from her exquisite taste in music. Prepare to be spun out and rewound by obscure club bangers, bootlegs Al Capone would be proud of, razor sharp cuts and edits that sound better than the originals.

Tickets start at £5, grab yours quick.

Nick Shoulders > rescheduled to 3 Nov 2022

November 4th, 2021

With a kind word and a mean yodel, Nick hopes to put the ‘Try’ in country. Wielding an ethereal croon and masterful whistle crafted from a lifetime chasing lizards through the Ozark hills, Nick Shoulders is a living link to roots of country music with a penchant for the absurd – coming across like Mac DeMarco born in the wrong century.

Buffet Lunch + Order of The Toad + Boab (Sweaty Palms Solo) *cancelled*

November 3rd, 2021

Good Grief Presents:

BUFFET LUNCH are a Scottish group who make it their mission to craft satisfyingly imperfect pop songs filled with imagery and humour. United by a shared love of music on the ABBA-to-Beefheart axis, creating music that bristles with DIY spirit and upbeat wonkiness. The desire to lead the listener along a curious tale helps tie things together, showcasing a lyrical playfulness that pins down their puzzle of sound. Debut album out now on Upset The Rhythm.
