Enola Gay + YABBA + Dutch Wine
For fans of… Rage Against The Machine, IDLES, Pixies

March 5th, 2022

Pushing the boundaries, breaking the mould!” – Jack Saunders, BBC Radio 1

“Wow that is terrific- I think my head might explode! I’m not sure I’d be able to cope.” – Steve Lamacq, BBC 6Music

“Turning industry heads” – Hot Press

“…this is no retread – their songs are powering them into vicious new places.” – NME

Quickly following their second single ‘Sofa Surfing’ that lead BBC 6Music’s Steve Lemacq to tout them as one of the next big acts, in addition to performances at the well-established and highly regarded showcases, Ireland Music Week, Eurosonic and SXSW, Belfast mob Enola Gay make their highly anticipated return with the noisier and heavier track ‘Through Men’s Eyes’. Recorded in January 2020 with Chris Ryan (Just Mustard/NewDad/ Robocobra Quartet), Enola spill their disgust with the
Ulster Rugby rape trial, held in their hometown of Belfast; how it was handled, their disdain for lad culture and how the justice system is rigged against women.

Heaters // Haptic: Desert Sound Colony

March 2nd, 2022

After booking him for his Scottish debut almost two years ago, new Heaters residents Haptic are elated to announce their next guest in the form of Holding Hands bossman, production wizard and all-round geezer Desert Sound Colony.

Liam Wachs is a DJ, producer and label boss who plays, makes and releases music focussed firmly on the dance floor. Well, that’s the simplest way of describing what Liam does. An enduring love for house, garage, breakbeat, techno and electro are all vital parts of the fresh, modern DSC sound.

With the label, he has assembled an artist collective who aim to write forward-facing music that guarantees a good time. Breaka, Adam Pits, Baby Rollen and Guava have all released killer material on Holding Hands.

We can’t wait to see the reactions elicited from his eclectic blend of rolling warps and wubs. Support from Haptic residents bringing their usual array of steppers delights!
