Margins Family & Friends:
Mauve Star
Raphaela
Lucky Dip
lolalola
DA?ED

August 24th, 2023

This August MARGINS is bringing family festi fun to Sneaks with a night of B2Bs by MARGINS residents and their family (celebrating sibling love tonight <3 )

Guaranteed mayhem expected as seven acts take turn on the decks !!

Starting off the night is a debut set of bouncy hot-girl tracks, UKG and ghetto tech by MARGINS promoter Mauve Star. Following up is Raphaela, one half of DJ duo and MARGINS regulars, Digging The Underground. She’s an Edinburgh-based DJ known for sets dipping in and out of UK bass, jungle and garage.

Then we’re turning up the heaaatt with 2 hours of Lucky Dip b2b oBrother goodness. Lucky Dip are a duo of promoters and Overground residents who have blown up the booth of a MARGINS night before with their bassy selections and high octane tracks. Plant Bass’d dada oBrother has shot to rise in the Glasgow and Edinburgh circuits in recent years for their standout SweatBox shows at Stereo Club and Sneaky Pete’s. This b2b is going to be a lethal showdown of bass driven tunes – don’t miss it.

Quality family time will round up the night as sisters lolalola and DA?ED reunite to go b2b with their favourite electro tracks. lolalola is part of Digging the Underground and the other half of the MARGINS team. Her sound is all things drums and percussion with the occasional UKG track thrown in. DA?ED is a DJ and radio host loving all things eurodance, trance, electro and pop. Expect booty shaking edits and one too many charli xcx remixes.

EHFM presents DEBONAIR

August 23rd, 2023

NTS DJ and radio host since its inception in 2011, DEBONAIR has carved out a reputation as one of London’s most essential DJs.

Regarded as one of the hardest digging selectors in the underground with a formidable knowledge of post punk, new wave, body music, proto techno, the avant-garde and off-kilter house, she delivers these exquisitely during her incendiary DJ sets, which take place everywhere from subterranean sex clubs to post modern art spaces.

Whether it’s Unsound Festival or Circo Loco, Seoul’s Cakeshop or New York’s Nowadays, Panorama Bar or Tate Modern’s Turbine Hall, DEBONAIR’s selections always captivate the dance.

EHFM is Edinburgh’s world-class community radio station. World class radio yes, but world class community above all, of which Feena and St. Sunday are amongst the pillars, thrillers, and belly-achers.
