Arcade State

May 24th, 2024

“There is something special cooking in the Scottish music scene at the moment, and Arcade State are without doubt one of the core ingredients”

Arcade State, Glasgow’s best kept secret, until now. Originally formed in 2020, with the current line-up completed at the end of 2021, the 5 piece are at the forefront of the bustling Scottish music scene. If you’re looking for hard hitting anthems, beautiful melodies and pounding drums then look no further.

With their biggest hits to date ‘Splinter’ and ‘Even in the dark days, you draw a smile’ receiving rapturous reviews as they kicked off this year, you can bet their best song will be their next one. Arcade State lit up their hometown with a sold-out show at Glasgow’s SWG3 and now the quintet are ready to bring the noise across the UK and to a sold out King Tuts in Glasgow.

A truly mesmerising live act, that you just must witness to believe. Catchy hooks, impeccable harmonies, and a connection with their fans that’s hard to describe.

Ducks Ltd
Former Champ
for fans of… The Field Mice, Belle and Sebastian, The Smiths, The Drums

May 23rd, 2024

Ducks Ltd. make inviting and frenetic guitar pop for when life feels overwhelming. On their latest album ‘Harm’s Way’, the Toronto duo hone in on interpersonal and societal collapses, urban decay, and the near-impossibility of keeping a level head when everything around you seems to be falling apart.

It’s vivid, bittersweet guitar music with plenty of melodic swagger and road-tested confidence.

Stockholm rockers Girl Scout are breaking beyond the Swedish scene with NME, DORK, Under The Radar and more tipping them as ones to watch this year.

The buzzy four-piece met studying jazz at Royal College of Music in Stockholm, but during the pandemic traded blues and improv for their own brand of energetic, ’90s-flecked indie-rock fuzz. They join us on their debut UK tour next May – catch them here while you still can.

Full Flower Moon Band
Gambit
for fans of… Sonic Youth, early QOTSA, Royal Trux, The Cramps

May 21st, 2024

Full Flower Moon band are the definition of rock ‘n’ roll…

Frontwoman persona ‘Babyshakes Dillon’, walks in many shoes, from snakeskin boots to stilettos. This alter ego can act as a convenient buffer between the songwriter and their words, particularly when they’re bowing at the altar of excess.

Their 2022 album ‘Diesel Forever’ catapulted opportunities for the band, having wrapped a national tour with The Black Crowes; the band has quickly solidified themselves as one of Australia’s biggest rock acts, with festival slots on Splendour In The Grass, Yours & Owls and more.

So named to suggest a project that is expansive and fully open to possibility. Get ready for the turbulence that is Full Flower Moon Band.
