System Exclusive are a two-piece band bearing an armful of mini synths making heart-throbbing capital P pop (cut with more than a hint of post-punk).

Balancing the hard-edged electronic pulse of old-school synthwerks against hot-under-the-collar live drums and slashing guitar, the California duo return this June after a killer debut show with us last year!

To celebrate the launch of our exclusive podcast Edinburgh: A Dance Music History, we’re hosting two absolute local OGs to the Sneaky’s sweatbox for our June party.

We’re delighted to have pioneering knob twiddler and techno extraordinaire Neil Landstrumm perform alongside good friend, EHFM day-oner and Wee Red Bar head honcho Snide Rhythms. Both have been absolutely instrumental in the nightlife scene of the city for decades now, and we’re stoked to see them do a demolition job on Sneaky’s!

In support we have podcast host, Club Sylkie boss and EHFM regular xivro. Four hours of heavy hitters! Come thru!

Mystical talisman of diggers, renowned live performer of sonic healing rituals, maker of records, climber of mountains, breaker of hearts (possibly) and one of the Cowgate’s biggest losses of recent times makes his return to Sneaky Pete’s!

Other Lands is an inspiring figure for us Lion fellaes (not even just saying that for the purposes of writing an impressive blurb) – part of the venerable Firecracker Recordings family and lynchpin of Mac Talla Nan Creag, effortlessly talented musician – last time he played one of our dance’s was our second birthday at the Biscuit Factory in 2016 (begod!) so it’s about time he came back. And back he comes, alongside our supreme leader Percy Main, naturally.

Performing the album in full with special guests featured on the album including Kapil Seshasayee, Iona Lee (Acolyte), Gloria Black (Maranta), Svata Lucia (The Micro Band) and an extended full band set up

Dark Experimental Pop is possibly the best descriptor however their sound is hard to define. Ranging from post dub, RnB, Pop, Post Rock, Electronic, House, Hip Hop, Hyper Pop and Jazz the album maintains a cinematic temperament throughout. Unrestrainedly drawing on any sound that serves its purpose.

With support from Midi Paul. Expect stuttering drums, spliced up disco, wobbly arpeggios and some computer funk.

An eerie, beautifully crafted vision of a future that never was – instrumental folktronica filtered through period inspirations such as Pentangle, Mike Oldfield and early Tangerine Dream.

It holds space on the dance floor for freedom of expression & self love, regardless of sexuality. Good energy, banging vibes and empowering tunes to lift your souls.

This month, Full Frontal hosts two exceptional guests from Q’IWA.

Azula Bandit is a multi-dimensional-disciplinary Performance Artist whose world knows no bounds! ??Their talents span dance, circus, theatre and the ability to connect with audiences from all walks of life. Predominantly known for their hypnotic Twerk skills, South African Afro-tronic DJ style and being energetic force to be reckoned with.

3MR (Amr), a versatile multidisciplinary artist, DJ, and co-curator of the Q’IWA collective. Renowned for sets that ignite and entrance the dance floor with a celebration of SWANA club culture, all while expertly blending ballroom, electronic and techno, 3MR infuses each performance with a vibrant blend of sound from the queer POC community.

London-based Edinburgh natives, Duplicity boys return to Edinburgh with their signature dose of simple yet creative and fast techno.
