? on Friday 12th of June, mantle welcomes Dimeshift label boss Axle. As well as releasing on his own imprint, Axle has released on the prolific SPE:C and has appeared on lineups from Tempa, HVYWGHT, Outlook, and Headset. In his own words, Dimeshift is inspired by ‘the melting pot of dark garage, dubstep and grime in the early 2000’s’, but his own sound and that of the label is undoubtedly current.
? also joining on 12.06 is Jemima from fhe Bible! As well as featuring on lineups for Kelburn, Sneaky Pete’s and EXIT, JFBT is one half of Scotland’s most remote clubnight baile/baile. This crew are pushing club culture in the Scottish highlands, throwing and appearing at parties from Dunkeld to Ullapool, encouraging an appreciation and learning of Gaelic as they go.
