Panchiko
CJs Mirra Mazeat The Mash House
November 3rd, 2023
On July 21st, 2016, a user on 4chan’s /mu/ board posted a photo of a demo CD they’d discovered in an Oxfam charity store in Nottingham, UK: titled D>E>A>T>H>M>E>T>A>L, purportedly released in 2000. The listener uploaded the ripped audio to file-sharing sites, and later YouTube, where it began circulating around web forums. A cult of fans banded together to solve the origin story of the mysterious disc, until eventually a long defunct local band from Nottingham who called themselves Panchiko discovered their album (limited to 30 copies) had spread virally across the internet decades later.
By popular demand Panchiko reunited touring the music of D>E>A>T>H>M>E>T>A>L to sold out audiences across the US and UK in 2022 and will self-release a new LP titled Failed at Math(s) on May 5 2023 followed by an expanded US, UK and EU tour.
Volens Chorus:
Hamdi (The Extended Cut Tour)
November 2nd, 2023
It’s very rare Volens Chorus give warning of who’s joining us in the dance, but everyone deserves to know when a booking of this calibre comes to town.
Producing the biggest modern classic in recent history “Skanka” Hamdi has cemented his name into the history books of dance music. On top of his production prowess his high energy DJ sets dance from genre to genre and have everyone in the Volens camp saying “that’s a bit of us eh?”. We’re beyond excited for this one so get them tix before you regret it.

With a growing reputation as one of the most exciting live acts on the UK underground circuit, gaining support from the likes of Glastonbury, NME, SoYoung Magazine, BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio 6, Maruja’s run of sold out shows continue to dazzle fans across the UK and Europe.
Knocknarea is the debut project from the 4 piece and is the highest rated EP of 2023 on Rate Your Music and Album of The Year. Anthony Fantano reviewed the project, stating “the performances are tight, the spoken word passages are edge of your seat, the guitars and saxophones are really dynamic and fantastic…” He goes on to say, “…this EP, there’s so much potential, there’s so much good material… I have no doubt with something of this quality right out the gate, we’re gonna have an even better album down the pipe. Definitely check this EP out because this thing is fire!”
Maruja is an evocative force that transports listeners to a world of diversity and gritty realism. Improvisation provides the backbone of Maruja’s compositions, compelling instrumentation and culturally relevant lyrics speak in tongues; creating a myriad of whispered secrets.
