@chrisastrojazz has played hundreds of shows over the years, from sweaty basements clubs to large festival stages, notable gigs including Gugulethu Township in Cape Town, boat parties in the Adriatic, jazz clubs in Finland, Arcadia Afterburner at Glastonbury, Nyege Nyege Festival in Uganda and all over the UK at some point. He is resident DJ at a number of iconic Edinburgh clubights including @samedia_shebeen, Departure Lounge, Four Corners and @discomakossa. He has hosted and supported a huge range of top class artists, like Gilles Peterson, Mr Scruff, Candi Staton, Guru & Jazzmatazz, Bonobo, Tony Allen, Roy Ayers, Quantic Soul Orchestra, Antibalas…the list goes on and on.
