Foxing
Cuttings
so boring
at The Mash House
For fans of… TV On The Radio, Manchester Orchestra, Modest Mouse

June 8th, 2025

Following their previous upgraded and sold out Edinburgh show, we are stoked to welcome back this incredible St. Louis Missouri band.

Their self-titled fifth album Foxing (7.8 Pitchfork) might just be their best. They balance hopefulness with nihilism, the pastoral with the tumultuous, visceral noise rock and intimate bedroom cassette experiments. Sometimes cruising at the edge of collapse, the dramatic dynamics in Foxing’s music have never felt so extreme.

Fat Dads

June 8th, 2025

Fat Dads have been making waves with their infectious tunes and unwavering DIY ethos.

Their early demos skyrocketed to acclaim, grabbing the attention of Radio 1 and Radio X through word of mouth alone. Fat Dads made their first festival appearance at Kendal Calling 2023 and played to a packed and overflowing tent (the largest crowd that the BBC Introducing tent had seen all weekend) of passionate fans, all singing the words back to them – a remarkable feat achieved entirely without industry contacts, PR, or management.

The back end of 2023 saw Fat Dads perform live on Radio X, and support Andrew Cushin. Their most recent 2 singles ‘Jenny’ (which reached No. 74 in the Official Charts) and ‘Honey’ were produced by Alex Quinn (The Royston Club, Overpass, Bandit) and received support from Radio 1, Radio X and Clash Magazine. Their early 2024 tour saw multiple sell out dates in Newcastle, Manchester, and culminated in a packed hometown show in Carlisle.

Their debut album ‘Fat & Furious’ will be released on April 4th 2025.

Snake Eyes
Choses Sauvages
Scarred Lip
for fans of… Frank Carter, Wolf Alice, Talking Heads, LCD Soundsystem

June 4th, 2025

snake eyes (Brighton) combine wonderfully anthemic grunge energy with sticky melodies to create cracking modern British rock (or what they call gritpop)

Choses Sauvages (Montreal) fuse the angular guitar work and driving basslines of post-punk with the lush synth textures and pulsing beats of new wave and disco.
