In memory of Scott Hutchison, we are hosting a wee event filled with music and kind words, to celebrate the life, art and tiny changes that he made to earth.

Michael Corr Artist, who painted the beautiful mural of Scott which was displayed at the Barras in May and at Belladrum this August, is also coming along to the event to sell prints of his mural to help raise some money for the Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH). Make sure you bring some extra cash so you don’t miss out!

Let’s have a dance and toast a whiskey or two to Owl John, with proceeds from ticket sales also going towards SAMH.

It’s been a while since we’ve had a sole focused Hometown residents party, but come September we are back and in no other than our favourite small capacity venue, Sneaky Pete’s.

Expect usual rotation of residents on deck duties and to make it all the better we’re offering you free entry before 12am (more buck for your bevy). If for some reason you would rather turn up after 12 we’ll still let you in at the more than reasonable price of £3.

A curiously catchy twanging jangling skronky version of laid-back garagey postpunk. Could they be a charming and breezy Country Teasers or Yo la Tengo’s darkside?

Terry is a latent man of mystery. Terry is also a band from Melbourne, Australia. Divide him in half and you split the genders, into quarters and you get Amy Hill (also of Constant Mongrel, School Of Radiant Living), Xanthe Waite (Mick Harvey Band, Primo), Zephyr Pavey (Eastlink, Total Control, Russell St Bombings) and Al Montfort (UV Race, Dick Diver, Total Control). Guitars, bass, drums, all four sing. Terry are busy people and Terry is a particularly active project too, having released two EPs and a two full length albums.

DJ Cheers is joined again by Coolant Bowser dropping bangers all over gaff.
