For years a charming live favourite in London dive and jazz bars alike, Peluche? have now released their magnificent debut album ‘Unforgettable’.

Making a dreamlike patchwork of sounds, with elements of R’n’B, indie, soul, funk and astral pop, the way they deftly weave their warm melodies and fidgety grooves to- gether is captivating – and very easy to love. As one reviewer put it, they are “like vampire weekend but more avant-garde than anthemic”.

Together we raised just short of £500 for Capability Scotland at the last event so I think it would be amazing to achieve the same again.

With influences ranging from traditional folk to the more rocky bands like Gogel Bordello, Cold War Kids and Jack White, HM&TC are a band on top of their game right now. They might just be one of the hardest working bands in the country, with constant touring that has included appearances at the likes of Glastonbury, Bestival and Boomtown festivals, as well as critical acclaim that has led to an ever growing fanbase across the world. Their music has recently been used in the Oceans 8 film as an added bonus for the band. A live show not to be missed!

After another sold-out party in February, Athens of the North returns to Sneaky Pete’s on Friday April 19th for an Easter weekend work out.

Armed with fresh Digs from Japan, Brazil and as always, Mighty Leith, Fryer, Gareth and Lel delve into the strange world of rare and exotic dance-floor vinyl. Expect deep soulful funk & disco, rare Brazilian, 80’s boogie, and a sprinkle of original house music – but most importantly, expect to dance your ass off.

These Aussie rockers make music that is real, fast and powerful. There are huge tunes to be heard here, but they are underpinned by an authenticity that confirms there are not a pop band sheep in wolves clothing.

Press Club take their sonic pallette from ’90s slacker grunge, their speed and from US hardcore, and tonnes of teenage energy and big-league tunes to make something “sincere as fuck”.

“I don’t like listening to a vocalist that I don’t believe,” lead singer Nat Foster said in a recent interview. “If they’re telling me something and it feels half-arsed, that frustrates the shit out of me.”
