HENS BENS would like to play some of their new songs for you. Last year they premiered their debut album WORLD’S STRONGEST BAND at a sell-out show in Edinburgh’s Sneaky Pete’s. It changed music forever. They’d like to do the same again and play some of the songs they’re working on for their new album, due for release later in 2026.

Expect very loud pop songs about James Bond, Dragons Den, Graham Linehan, babies, face tattoos, nude clarinet solos, taking the pork industry to court, a disappointing revelation about David Bowie, and HENS BENS’ first ever love song.

HENS BENS’ live shows aren’t like those by other bands. They incorporate fresh fruit, balloons, archery and power tools. They don’t speak between songs, instead relying on computer-generated crowd banter and stupid props. There are LEDs attached to things. There are costume changes. The shows are a combination of loud noises and rainbow nonsense.
