Redstone Press & Friends – Bake B2B Lewis Lowe
We are “bark” with another Redstone Press & Friends at Sneaky Pete’s on Saturday, April 9th.
This time Lewis is joined by a longtime friend and one of his favourite DJs!
Bake really needs no introduction but for the sake of context, his influence on Redstone Press cannot be ignored. All Caps, the record label he ran with Ryan Martin was one of the reasons we started RP in the first place, the sounds they curated and released gave us the courage and motivation to try it out for ourselves. Although not operating anymore the music from the imprint is still as fresh and forward-thinking today as it was when released. This is also the case with Bake’s approach to playing music, weaving sounds together into an inimitable blend of past, present and future he has a way of making you dance whilst simultaneously stopping you in your tracks! Lewis & Bake will be going B2B all night and diving into their collections to try and musically emulate the shared vision of those good boys in the poster.
