HWTS: Kasper Marott
???????Scottish Debut???????
Originating from Denmark, Kasper Marott is now known to the world following several high-quality releases that encapsulate the fast paced, energetic & nostalgic rave scene in Copenhagen. His DJ sets reflect this, as well as percussive weird-sounding disco and house cuts. If you want to hear a 48-second-long snippet of what his nights in Copenhagen sound like, google ‘Med Troes Tynd i byen! Lets go’ and have a listen. Seems to fit his description perfectly.
One of his latest releases ‘Forever Mix EP’ is featured on Courtesy’s new label ‘Kulør’, which consists of a fast-paced techno track called ‘Blue skies’, and a beautifully bliss 14-minute melodic symphony entitled ‘Drommen Om Ø’. Kasper’s most popular release ‘Keflavik’ combines melody, trance and techno all into one tune. He made the tune during a 10-hour layover at Reykjavík–Keflavík airport on his way home from the states to ‘kill time & try to stay awake’…
Having played sets in the Panorama bar at the world famous Berghain in Berlin, we know that we are bringing a truly unique night to Sneaky Pete’s on the 20/01/2020, and are buzzing to be part of Denmark’s vibrant underground rave scene for the night.
