Shapework: Leif [3 Hour Set]
To celebrate 4 years of Shapework parties, it seemed appropriate to bring someone who we’ve been a fan of since day one. Leif’s music is like no others. An ever evolving sound always bears his hallmark delicate playful melodies accompanied by intricate percussion. His music has a beauty and individuality rarely found in strains of dance music. Without compensating on coherence or the ability to make you dance, his music continues to excite, intrigue and innovate as is evident in this sprawling back catalogue which sees him land on labels such as Whities, UntilMourHeartStops and recently Livity Sound.
As a DJ Leif is also hugely accomplished. Residencies at London’s ‘The Pickle Factory’ as well as world renowned festival ‘Freerotation’ indicate the extent to his skill. It is a great pleasure to welcome Leif to the intimate surroundings of Sneaky Pete’s for a 3 hour set.
