BIXON presents PROSUMER (resident at panorama bar berlin)
Having recently made the move to Edinburgh, it could never have been to soon to have him back behind the decks of our party. This is going to be special; Sneaky Pete’s provides us one of the most intimate stages in the city and a true opportunity to all participate fully.
With releases on the likes of Osgut Ton and Playhouse there is automatic pigeon-holing of his high standards and particular sound. However – ‘Prosumer’ is really only something you can experience in a live setting, where you can truly value his devotion to music.
His artist name stems from Alvin Toffler’s significant science-fiction book The Third Wave, which also inspired Juan Atkins to call his music “techno” and fuses “producer“ and “consumer” into one.
In reality, that’s what Prosumer does. He produces and consumes house music. Being the essence of his creative work, he deals with it in a way that is traditional, honest, up-front and most of all very personal. There are no limitations; stereotypes lose their bearing and the supposedly very rigid formula of house music, suddenly bears new prospects. Of course, the base is rock-solid: Detroit, Chicago and New York are the cities that shaped his sound since he started playing records in the late nineties.

WE OWN presents ADANA TWINS
This Hamburg duo have been storming the charts with releases on Exploited over the past year, topping the poles of Beatport and Resident Advisor respectively. Their ‘Juicy Fruit’ hit last year plunged the deep house faithfuls into the limelight, gaining them support across the board, from DJs of all genres.
The unexpected success of their ‘Everday EP’ in February 2012 resulted in a huge tour schedule, a bunch of new remixes and masses of press attention. Aside from their hectic worldwide touring schedule, the guys were recently hosted on Pete Tong’s Radio One and have just remixed tracks for Tiger Stripes, Ilves & Migiva, Viadrina and Kasper Bjoerke.
Amine Edge & DANCE, NTFO, La Fleur and Andre Crom & Martin Dawson recently delivered new mixes for the guys and their next Exploited release is in progress.

Spurred on by the positive feedback Titus Pullo set about working on new tracks which combined the best elements of the intimate, acoustic feel, delivered with an anthemic sound.
