HIRE INFORMATION

 

HIRE FEE:

Hire is £75 (unless otherwise agreed). This covers Sound engineer and security, but not a cashier. Hire is paid directly to the sound engineer on the night.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

We require 28 days notice for a cancellation or else the full hire fee is payable.

 

TICKETS

We can sell tickets for you online. Let us know what face value you want to charge. Bear in mind there will be a £1 booking fee for tickets under £10, and more for shows over £10.

 

ADVERTISING:

Your listings, band photos, videos and bios will be put at www.sneakypetes.co.uk, where we receive around 4000 hits per month. The more information you give us the more we can put up. We advise using Hanging Rock for indoor postering. They charge £40 per 200 A3 posters. Check www.hanging-rock.co.uk

Good stuff to send us for the website includes:

– an image

– a short paragraph about the acts

– some streaming media e.g.. youtube or soundcloud link.

– a ticket link (we can help out with tickets if you like)

– a Facebook event would be good too

– any other relevant links you’d like to see online

 

ILLEGAL ADVERTISING:

By agreeing to a hire at Sneaky Pete’s promoters agree not to illegally advertise, whether this be flyposting, chalking, or any other form of graffiti.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

The venue is strictly 18+, this applies to performers as well as patrons.

 

BACKSTAGE FACILITIES

Please note that there is no backstage area at the venue. We keep space for Merchandising, and cases etc can be stored here.

 

PARKING

Aside from load-in/out there is no parking outside the venue until 6.30pm. We advise parking nearby on Chambers St after load-in, and then parking outside the venue after 6.30 when soundchecks are complete.

 

LOAD-IN

Is either through front door, or direct to stage via side fire exit, very short trip and crew not required.

 

CATERING

Where a buyout has been agreed, we advise eating the excellent food at Under The Stairs (Merchant St) or The City Café (Blair St) . We get discounts in both restaurants, so typically a hearty main meal will cost around £6/7.
