The Orpheus Collective kick off 2019 with Oxhead (ft. Zak Watt), AVU, Stylo and Bonnie Kemplay Music. Come along, hear tunes, drink booze, go home – all for just £5!

The Orpheus Collective was set up in 2017 to help promote alternative, experimental, and underground music in Edinburgh. The collective’s events are run by musicians, for musicians, with the aims of creating a more unified platform for artists to experiment and perform to a welcoming audience.

Oxhead is the experimental brainchild of Orpheus founder Ollie Turbitt. His dark, ambient electronics will be accompanied by Zak Watt on live drums for an even noisier set.

AVU are Edinburgh’s premier instrumental post-rock outfit, and have been performing in the city for around 3 years with an ever-changing (yet always noisy) set. The band is uniquely experimental and their shows are always guaranteed to be cathartic experiences.
